Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated on Friday that Tehran will not engage in negotiations with the United States while Israeli attacks on Iranian territory persist.
“The Americans have sent multiple messages indicating a serious interest in negotiations,” Araghchi said in a televised interview. “However, we have clearly told them that diplomacy cannot proceed under aggression.”
The foreign minister is expected to travel to Geneva for talks with European leaders.
